Visiting Our Senior Community

Praxis is located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The community is on 8.5 acres directly across from the Deerfield Beach High School. This special residential campus is easily accessed by I-95, the Sawgrass Expressway, and the Dixie Highway. We are also in close proximity to medical and community facilities.

Directions from I-95:
Take Exit 41 (SW 10th Street). Head east on SW 10th Street. Turn right onto SW 11th Way (also called FAU Research Blvd). The Praxis community will be on your left.
